Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your mosaic. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date. All returned products must be be free of any damage, wear, or modification.

RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES

Due to significant costs associated with both domestic and international shipping, we are unable to cover return shipping charges in the event of a return. It shall be the responsibility of the purchaser to ship the product to the return address during the return process.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
